Yeats2015: 15 poets read their favourite WB Yeats poems

Lagan Press have coupled with Poetry NI to ask fifteen poets to read their favourite WB Yeats, to help mark the 150 anniversary year of the poet’s birth.

As part of the commemorations, Your Yeats is an ambitious project to create an extensive online archive of live recordings of the poems of W.B. Yeats. We’ve asked fifteen poets within Northern Ireland to take part, ranging from established to up-and-coming names. The fifteen poems are available to share and download via Soundcloud.

The full list of poets and their poems of choice are:
Maria McManus – Leda and the Swan
Kathleen McCracken – The Second Coming
Geraldine O’Kane – Song For An Old Mother
